By requesting, scheduling, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates may be based on:
Customer descriptions
Submitted photos
Estimated volume or weight
Type of material
Required labor
Accessibility
Disposal costs
Travel or job-site conditions
An estimate provided from photos, phone calls, text messages, or online information may change after we inspect the items or property in person.
If the actual job differs materially from the information originally provided, we will communicate any pricing change before performing additional work whenever reasonably possible.
Final Pricing
Final pricing may depend on factors including:
Amount of material removed
Weight
Disposal or landfill fees
Labor required
Stairs or difficult access
Distance items must be carried
Special handling requirements
Additional items added to the job
Unforeseen job-site conditions
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the job and ensuring that we have lawful permission to enter the property and remove the requested items.
Customers should disclose any known:
Hazardous materials
Chemicals
Paint
Fuel
Propane tanks
Batteries
Medical waste
Asbestos-containing materials
Biohazards
Sharp objects
Extremely heavy items
Unsafe structures or conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any item or job that we believe is unsafe, unlawful, improperly disclosed, or outside the scope of our services.
Hazardous and Prohibited Materials
Savage Junk Removal does not guarantee removal of hazardous, regulated, toxic, explosive, infectious, or otherwise restricted materials.
Certain materials may require a specialized or licensed disposal provider.
Light Demolition
Light demolition services may involve removal of non-structural items or small structures where appropriate.
Unless separately agreed in writing, our services do not include engineering, structural alterations, electrical work, plumbing work, asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, or other work requiring specialized licensing.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to items being removed.
Please notify us in advance about:
Stairs
Narrow hallways
Elevators
Gate codes
Parking restrictions
Long carrying distances
Fragile surfaces
Pets
Unsafe areas
Other access limitations
Property Protection
We will make reasonable efforts to protect floors, walls, doors, landscaping, and surrounding property while completing services.
Normal risks associated with moving large, heavy, or awkward items may still exist.
Customers should identify especially fragile surfaces, concealed hazards, or areas requiring special care before work begins.
Scheduling and Arrival Times
Scheduled arrival times may be provided as an appointment time or arrival window.
Traffic, disposal-site delays, weather, previous jobs, equipment issues, or other circumstances may affect arrival times.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
We reserve the right to establish cancellation fees, deposits, or minimum charges for certain jobs. Any such charges will be disclosed before the customer agrees to them.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time of service.
Accepted payment methods may change over time.
Customers are responsible for any agreed charges for completed services, additional approved work, disposal fees, or other agreed expenses.
Items Removed From the Property
Once items are voluntarily released to Savage Junk Removal and removed from the property, they may be disposed of, recycled, donated, transferred, or otherwise handled at our discretion unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.
Customers are responsible for checking items before removal and ensuring that valuables, documents, cash, jewelry, medications, personal records, or other items they wish to keep are not accidentally included.
Donations and Recycling
We may attempt to donate, recycle, reuse, or otherwise divert suitable items from disposal when practical.
We do not guarantee that any specific item will be accepted by a donation center or recycling facility.
Website Information
We try to keep our website accurate and current, but service descriptions, availability, service areas, pricing information, and other content may change without notice.
Nothing on the website constitutes a guaranteed price unless specifically confirmed by Savage Junk Removal.
Limitation of Website Liability
